Upon initial review of a vehicle online, we were impressed with the low mileage and apparent good condition of the body and interior. We were informed that only cash or a cashier's check would be accepted for payment, which was an unexpected and unprofessional hurdle. The sales process became more questionable when the car was taken "up the road" for a state inspection that took over two hours. Larry is a literal angel on earth. You should go here if you need a car and/or want to sell your car, they will help you. I also love the tiny dog, he is so cute. Genuinely though, these people working here are so kind, and they know cars!
If I could give zero star, I applied for the Cadillac Srx I have a lender that would pay the vechile off no help from them I look at previous reviews to see how they respond to customer smh. I called and was spoken to nasty emails smh. Why have a car on the lot of you holding it for someone else or dont treat customers right telling me out 3500.00 and to pay off CA, I know what on my credit report pay my bills on time, sent my paystub to the lender and 3 months bank statements was approved. We went in today to look at cars, and walked out with the exact car my wife was looking for. Larry was so friendly and absolutely wonderful to work with! He and Fuzzy made the car buying process very easy! I would highly recommend them! She loves her new car and we are both very pleased with the whole process!
