Juanita & Family My family and I have nothing but "Great" words on Themis, Paul and staff. We've been renting our home from TLC for 2 years. They have been good to our family. They have treated us like we are family. Their caring words were so warm feeling especially when we had a loss in our family. They truly showed how great they are. My husband and family appreciate The TLC Family.
Awesome My husband and I have rented from TLC for three years now. Themis is awesome! Her and her husband Paul possess the ability to communicate and relate to people on a personal level. They are proactive, involved, fair and caring. TLC is a reputable business. A while back there was a huge wind storm and we have a very large tree in front of our living room window. The REAL TLC Management.... These people are the most unprofessional and disrespectful people I have ever met. Paul and his wife Themis (owners) do not know how to treat people, let alone, run a business. They are good at putting on a front and then quickly turn on you. Run, run, far far away from TLC!!! I would never recommend TLC to anyone looking to rent or have property managed. We mistakenly utilized this establishment for both! Themis and other office staff are friendly and outgoing. Paul on the other hand is a rude, short tempered, narcissistic chauvinist. scamming company Tlc management is the worst family run business I've ever dealt with. I have several friends who have rented from them and all have said how rude the husband and wife owners are. Along with their recepitionist lulu flippin additude. Tlc scammed me and my husband out of almost 1500 dollars which we are now taking them to court for.
