We had a scheduled appointment for -late in the afternoon- We signed in approximately 10 minutes early It is now 5:00 and no one has come out to let you know they will be with you shortly or that he is doing a study to see how long someone is willing to wait. Very poor consideration for a patients time. Having been in retail my whole career and providing services to doctors, lawyers etc... not one of them would ever (EVER) wait more then 10 minutes with out flexing there status mussels to let you know what and who they are. ... read more
