RecommendedProfessional and caring staff who talked me through every step from the time I walked in the door. The day of the procedure happened to be the Friday before Halloween and I got a picture with the staff.
RecommendedThe staff was very nice and welcoming. I was soo nervous but the Dr made it fun and distracted me from what was happening. He embraced and acknowledged my fear. He did not show any signs of frustration with me since I was very scared. They made it very easy. I’m glad I went to TLC Garden city.
lasik is a waste of money dont do it
My vision regressed after a few months. One eye sees blurry, and one sees double vision. Despite the lifetime guarantee, they said it wasn't bad enough to fix but to get duct plugs and/or glasses, at my own additional expense, of course. So what did I pay 5K for? ...

RecommendedI had my surgery on 8/30. The surgery itself was painless. My vision the day of was cloudy and my eyes felt dry and uncomfortable. By the next morning, my eyes felt much better and I was seeing 20/20 already. Dr. Cortez, Dr. Shultze and Dale were absolutely wonderful. They walked me through the procedure, let me know what to expect, answered all of my questions, and exceeded my expectations. I can't thank them enough for being kind, patient and treating me like more than a number. Thank you!
RecommendedI had a great experience with TLC! I had the bladeless lasik done and my only regret is that I didn't do it sooner. The procedure was done within 10 minutes.
