The staff at TLC in Albany, NY was superb. Between reception, the ophthalmic technicians, surgical coordinator, and the clinical director there wasn't a person who didn't answer any question I had; they went out of their way to make me feel like I wasn't just another case but rather a friend whom they wanted to have the best eyecare experience possible. So far so good! I wish I had done this a long time ago. The procedure wasn’t bad at all, the people were nice and so was the facility.
