Shadiest company I worked for. If your loved one is in one of Vista Care facilities , Good luck!
Save your time don’t work here or put your family here. I worked there for 6 months clients are mistreated staff is underpaid. Also staff pass meds without being certified. Tons of illegal stuff happens throughout vista care. I quit due to not having a place to pump privately and was told I’m not getting my pto paid out I was also never paid for training. Hard working, kind individuals, I would highly recommend Vista Care.
Always no food in the house, management doesn't care about their staff or residents, management doesn't communicate with their staff when there is a issue, house is never cleaned and stocked properly
Worst job I ever had. Company preaching, they care about life and work balance. But when life hits you, they are quick to push you out the door. Especially if it's Frey family member. I lost a father, cleaned up an attempted suicide a week later , and found out my mother has breast cancer. My life was in shambles, and I was fired for being unprofessional when my supervisor was no help and VERY passive-aggressive. Think twice before working here or have anyone live in these homes.
