Dallas with TLC came out to look/bid on a shower repair job. After fine tuning the estimate and agreeing to the price I just had to wait for the contract in the mail. Didn't come when it should cuz the office gal forgot to put my Unit #. Ok fine. The I get the contract, my last name spelled wrong 2 times after correcting the gal it was still wrong. TLC Home repair did some re-model work on my home. They were prompt (showed up when they said they would) and they were very meticulous about their work. Upon completion the person handling my project did a thorough inspection with me to make sure I was completely satisfied. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!
