We used TLC after my dad needed physical therapy, and I truly can’t say enough good things about our experience. From start to finish, everyone we worked with was exceptional. Amanda, the nurse who opened my dad’s case, was incredibly kind and patient. My dad had been through a lot, and she was so thorough and compassionate in her care. I had a hip replacement surgery on December 19th, afterwards TLC came into my home. They sent Jennifer and Billy. I found both of them to be highly professional caring and compassionate. Jennifer was extremely helpful providing important information about my recovery. I especially enjoyed my sessions with Billy. I second everything that was said about Jennifer. She is knowledgeable, caring and exactly what is needed. She helped me a lot after knee replacement surgery.
My husband had a knee replacement and Jennifer was highly recommended by another healthcare provider who was her patient. I am happy to say that Jennifer was amazing. She is very informative, compassionate and knowledgeable about her profession. She pushed Randy to really work hard and we feel he is beyond what we were expecting at this point. We know that there will be more surgeries in both our futures and Jennifer will definitely be who we will request! Thank you Jennifer, you are amazing!
