Tenncarries had to change my vendor to TLC because no one else would pick me up on time for dialysis at630. They always pick me up and drop me off on time they even stop me by the store when ask. I love TLC

TLC takes care good care of me at my house an they have been for the past year. Any time i have dialysis or out patient surgery they are my first and only pick. I love that they try their best and that’s all I can ask for.

I only gave them a one star because that's the lowest they can get but my daughter had an surgery appointment scheduled for 9:30am I booked the appointment for 8:30am because I know how the transportation can be. I had my daughter ready at 7:00am. I called tender loving caring to get an estimated pickup time and was told it would be at 9:50am I told them no I have a appointment for 8:30am and the lady said the dispatcher put it in for 9:50am and that she was sorry and would get an emergency van out to get us.
