They sent the owner of my condo (my mother) a letter in july stating the HUD guidlines has changed for service animals and that a doctor's note that we provided over 3 years ago is no longer sufficient and that they can ask for training papers and I dont even know what else and post dated fines going back to May when the law changed. No guidelines on service dogs changed only emotional support animals which i do not have.
