I am in the due diligence period of purchasing a home in which the HOA is managed/consulted by TLC HOA Consultants, LLC. I recently moved to my new condo in September, during which time the HOA was soon transitioning over to TLC. Don't even know what they manage at our property. Said they handle a pool that doesn't exist. I have never seen a single dollar of our money go to anything here, and I've been here 5 years. The back of the neighborhood is a disgrace, completely overgrown. The sidewalks are cracked and stained. There are broken down vehicles parked in the road for over a year. We called to have a sinkhole fixed and the city came, not them. They can post what they supposedly spend out money on, but there's zero actual proof it gets done.
