I see he has a lot of positive comments. Unfortunately, we had a different experience. He agreed to do a project at our home in September 2025. We were very flexible with our schedule. He never started the project. He just contacted us (Jan2026) and said he was too busy and canceled. So be careful if your project is not big enough he will back out.
Tobin is friendly and knowledgeable, and was able to fit a lot into the time he was here. Would definitely use his services again.
Tobin was prompt, communicated clearly, and got our job in a very timely manner! He did great work for a project that turned out to be a bigger task than expected. He kept us informed about changes as they happened and overall we were very pleased.
