I will honestly say this was one of the poorest interactions that I've ever had with a business, both on a personal and professional level. I made an appointment over the phone. I showed up. Kim refused to cut my hair because it was long 🤣 Kim sort of fussed around but then made it very clear that she didn't want to take the time to cut my long hair and rushed me out the door when a walk-in arrived (older, affluent looking Caucasian man with little-to-no hair) instead of honoring the appointment that I had made. First time haircut from here. 10/10 loving it! Kim was amazing! She was in full attention when asking about how I wanted my haircut. She killt it!
I wanted to add to my review, and say that I went to Kim's yesterday, and got one of the best haircuts ever! She is that good. There are others around, but nobody beats B9. She is an Old Town Alexandria gem! B9 Barber & Salon is a terrific place, and the people there are wonderful - I have been going there since they opened, and before that, Tina, who works there now, had been cutting my hair for some 20 years. B9 is an Old Town gem, and Kim is top notch! It is always a pleasure to go there.
