Amazing gym
I had suffered some recurring injuries and was looking to overcome them without needed physical therapy (again). I decided to do the TPI golf training cause I love golf and I thought it would help me focus better on the workout. I’m not much of a gym person so I need that. Steve is a great motivator. He has pushed me to progress and has not only improved my golf game, but I feel stronger, more balanced, more focused and just all around better. 10 years ago I started training with Steve Kurtz. I had never join a gym prior. My grandsons were 12 and 10 and they also trained with me. Now my granddaughter trains with me twice a week. Steve Kurtz has changed my life and I have never been healthier or have felt better. Steve has tailored individual training for me, monitors my progress and continues to challenge me to be better. I continue to highly recommend TLC and Steve Kurtz. He's the best.

Steven is a fantastic trainer with an excellent facility. He is always full of energy and has a wealth of knowledge across different types of training. I’ve made great progress under his guidance and plan to stay a member for a long time.
