As an older adult, “safely” keeping my body strong and flexible is a high priority. Through extremely knowledgeable personal training 1/week and a wide variety of fitness tools to use independently, I am able to achieve these goals. In all my years, I have never been in a more comfortable, fully functioning and clean health gym just minutes from my home. Thank you TLC!
Nothing but great things to say about TLC. Atmosphere is amazing. The gym flows perfectly and is well rounded for all things physical fitness. Steven and Jess’s dedication to the community they created and all of their members doesn’t go unnoticed. Definitely my new favorite gym.

Amazing gym
I had suffered some recurring injuries and was looking to overcome them without needed physical therapy (again). I decided to do the TPI golf training cause I love golf and I thought it would help me focus better on the workout. I’m not much of a gym person so I need that. Steve is a great motivator. He has pushed me to progress and has not only improved my golf game, but I feel stronger, more balanced, more focused and just all around better.
