Can't say enough about Dr. Sue. I moved to Chicago and was recommended to TLC First by a neighbor. The best recommendation I have ever gotten. I now live back in Ohio, but wish I could drive the 5 1/2 hours for every vet visit. Ironically, on my last trip back to Chicago, one of my dogs developed an eye infection and she got us right in to see her. Despite not being in our plans for the weekend, it was so refreshing to be back in her office. She has created a family atmosphere where I feel she cares as much about my animals ... read more

Business response:

We as veterinarians try very hard to do our best for our patients. Sometimes, our best is not enough and unforeseeable things happen because of underlying conditions that may be related to how a patient responds to anesthesia. We understand your reaction to this unexpected tragedy and we are also saddened by the loss. We would be happy to have our practice owner review the details of the procedure with you. Please feel free to call or private message us to arrange a meeting.

Dr. Sue is an old time friend and now that she takes care of our animals I won't go anywhere else. She took great care of our Tazz last year in his last hours and made my son feel so cared for in the hour of his passing. And now takes great care of my daughters dogs. Thankyou everyone at TLC for all you do

Thank You So Very Much to Dr Susan Liszewki for her wonderful and loving care today, Mia, Our Chiweenie was scared out of her wits and peed Everywhere, while getting her nails cut and her shot Dr Susan was not fazed at all and went on to explain the fear factor in dogs and what to do in the future. I learned A LOT from her today! Thank you and I would recommend this place to Everyone!!!!. #NeverTooOldToLearn❤️

I can't say Thank You enough. Our cat Miles passed away on May 23rd. My husband brought him in. You made a claw paw print for us. Today we received a sympathy card in the mail. It looks like your entire staff signed it. You didn't have to do that but Thank you that you did. The thing is that you are not our regular vet. That makes the sentiment from the card mean that much more to me and my family. We will always cherish our memories of Miles and at least we have his paw print. Thank you

Awesome staff. Amazing knowledgeable vets. Dr. Sue rocks. Easy going friendly atmosphere. Although reasonably priced, they sometimes order numerous tests and procedures shocking you at the register. So ask why, how much, when, and if necessary. I'd never take my fur kids anywhere.
