Severely dissatisfied with my appointment. I need surgery, inserts and a rocker shoe. No help was offered!!!! I was told to find a surgeon and my rocker shoe and inserts. I felt so let down by him. I've been in pain everyday. No toe steroids injections even offered. 😭😭😭
If you have the patience to wait an almost unreasonable amount of time (an hour) to be seen, you will see the MOST attentive doc. I felt heard, seen, and cared for. My questions were answered and expounded upon to be sure I understood what my issues were. It is clear this podiatrist enjoys his job and cares about his patients. Be mindful he will take time to see each patient and make sure they have a good individual experience, rather than rush through. Ask questions; you will get sensible, reasonable answers. Requested to arrive 30 minutes early to do paperwork, signed waiver of missing appointments and been late. Waited 30 minutes after my appointment time. Cant hold me accountable for my actions and not yours. I'm the customer. First and last.
