My first experience using TLC, and no complain I believe the technician Kew his job well.
The first technician he sent, I'm surprised he was even certified, showed up at our home. Couldn't diagnose. A loose wire on a outlet box, then after a week of waiting and having to contact American home shield for them to follow-up again because they did not call back. The next technician came out, fix the problem that was fantastic. So I reach out to the owner of the company, Ron. The guy came, looked at my ceiling fan not working and said he couldn't do anything but he could fix the issue at a premium. He also said he'd get back to me to see if the service was covered by my insurance. Three months later, I hear nothing. Not a good company. TLC was sent by my insurance.
What a fantastic experience!! Larry came out and diagnosed our problem within 10 minutes. Twenty minutes later, he was done. He was prompt, personable, knowledgeable, and just an all-around great person. We had barking dogs, and he told us he was good with them, so he started petting them to calm them down. I will definitely use them again!!!
