We have been to this dentist office for 30 plus years and unfortunately they have new staff and new billing processes that have never been communicated. In the passed customer service has been good and the reception desk has had open communication. The dentist does phenomenal work. We have also referred many friends neighbors over the years. I really hope they can get some training in the office on communication skills and being up front with billing and scheduling. I hope this review can help them learn and grow for future ... read more
I have had nothing but good experiences with TLC Dentistry. I recently went in with a cracked crown. Dr. Sowell immediately removed and prepped for a new crown. The procedure was reasonably pain free. Dr. Stowell and his staff were very careful and caring.
