I went in with a tooth ache and they could not tell me exactly what was wrong other than having a cracked tooth. They prescribed me an antibiotic for pain. When I looked at the x-ray it showed no sign of infection. They scheduled me to see a Dentist in Beckley for the following week. My tooth ache was painful and all they said they could do for me is take Motrin or Tylenol. Really? I do NOT have insurance so I felt like I would be spending money that I do not have. I had to have a filling replaced yesterday and I must say couldn't ask for a better dental care--Dr. Conklin and his staff are so talented, gentle and pleasant! I must say I and my family have been very pleased and the office waiting room and examining rooms are very pleasant as well! I was in the Bluefield Office, however, my aunt, who is 90, also had a great experience at the Princeton, WV office! Thank you!
