The staff are courteous and service is usually good, but I had a night guard made for me at TLC and it feels so tight it’s painful to wear. When I’ve brought this up at my return visits, I’m always told the same thing: soak it in hot water. I do but it’s still painfully tight. I don’t use it. I’ve gone back to wearing my old device that I made using an online service (JS Dental). It’s far more comfortable. Been using them for years. Great dentists and associates. Takes care of filing for medical insurance section of medicare
