Unsympathetic when a mistake is made, no solution offered. First and last time I will use this business.
Waited 2 weeks for my guest bedding to be done.. it cost over 100$ and I am positive they didn't even clean it.. it was very wrinkled and didn't even smell like it had been cleaned. They lost one of the pillow shams and when my husband went back to ask about it he saw it sitting in a big bin of dirty laundry.
I dropped off 2 pr. Of pants Monday Wednesday after 4pm they were not went Thursday morning they were not ready was told they would be ready that afternoon they were not went back Friday morning an they are not ready. I'm going back later hope they are ready. Mary lakey
We are new to the East Texas Area and we're looking for a cleaner. Dropped off a suit jacket and two pair of suit pants to be dry cleaned on Tuesday morning. Attendant said the cloths would be ready on Friday morning. Returned on Friday morning to learn the clothes were not done yet. Returned again at noon to hear the same story.
