The guy that cleaned our the carpet in our master bedroom spent less than 15 minutes here. When the carpet dried I noticed that the stains that I pointed out to him prior to him starting the job were still there. I contacted TLC & was told the stains /darker discoloration was carpet damage due to scrubbing the fibers (based off of a photo they requested). They didn't offer to come back out to look or reclean. Daniel did a great job cleaning our couch! He was very thorough and the couch looks like new. We can even feel the difference in the fabric.

I really enjoyed working with Brittany and Halee from start to finish. I was impressed with their friendliness and professionalism during the initial estimate and scheduling. Pricing was very reasonable and better than some of the big chains. The technician, Agnaldo, was prompt, efficient, tidy, and kind. He cleaned three rooms, the hall, 15 stairs, and a large area rug in a little over an hour. I was able to pay through Zelle and received a paid invoice just a few minutes later. Have used TLC for years, first in Dallas and now in Fort Worth. You will not find a more professional and responsive company. Their work is exceptional. Our sectional sofa looks amazing despite very heavy use and 6 cats! I am confident that you will be very pleased with their work and dependability. They deliver on time and within budget.
