Such a great experience! They provided the quote quickly, and it was very affordable. They even had appointments available the next day. The gentleman that came out was very nice as well. My carpet looks and smells amazing!

The guy that cleaned our the carpet in our master bedroom spent less than 15 minutes here. When the carpet dried I noticed that the stains that I pointed out to him prior to him starting the job were still there. I contacted TLC & was told the stains /darker discoloration was carpet damage due to scrubbing the fibers (based off of a photo they requested). They didn't offer to come back out to look or reclean.
