Great experience with TLC and their technician, Greg. He came out the day after I called to give me an estimate for the work I needed, and quoted a fair price. He was able to work within my schedule and was here two days later. He is professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He is highly skilled and efficient. I recommend him with no reservations. He helped prep my house to go on the market, and if I were staying in the DFW area, I would hire him and TLC again. Great work with excellent service!
Greg cleaned our apartment carpets today for our move-out and did a phenomenal job. We have 3 dogs and he went out of his way to have it no questions asked by the property managers, scent or appearance-wise. He explained everything he was doing and why, and is extremely personable and professional. Can’t recommend this company and especially Greg enough.
Greg just left our home. We had our grand kids with us earlier this summer, and the traffic lanes downstairs showed it. Greg was courteous; took his time; explained everything he was doing; and made sure we were pleased with is work. Outstanding Job!!

There were several areas on my carpet that had issues (carpet that needed to be stretched, torn spots, etc). I called TLC and had an appointment the very next day. Greg came out and fixed all of the areas. He was very knowledgable, experienced and did a really great job. You would never be able to tell that any of the issues ever existed. He even cleaned my high traffic areas. I highly recommend TLC.
Greg was very knowledgeable about the chemicals used to clean my floors and chairs. I love this company!!
