They company and picked up our oriental style rug, cleaned it promptly and returned it within a few days. Great service and reasonably priced compared to other providers I spoke to.
They were on time, efficient, friendly, and effective! Cleaned tile in 3 areas of my house and set up fans to quick dry. Very pleased. Just saw they do upholstery clean, so I plan to have them come back!

overcharged her than what she was told, the stains never came out now she has large water spots on them, was hoping to get them to come back out.

Really friendly sales staff and did a pretty good job. I was disappointed that the couch and carpet stains did not come as clean as I had hoped-especially the sofa.. They were very friendly though and it does look much better. I would have liked to know if there is anything more that can be done for some of the tougher stains for future cleanings though.
