I made a reservation, called ahead to tell them that I won't be there on time, was told by customer service that I have a 15 hour window after the designated time. I get there an hour later all cars were "sold out". They didn't even offer me any alternatives. The CS rep pretended to look up my details for my booking and after 20 seconds he says that there's nothing they can do. Now I missed an important event.
Excellent service, very friendly staff, and the car was perfect for my trip. Couldn’t ask for a better experience.
