I’ve had two massages with Meca’Ayo now, and both were truly exceptional. They take incredible care of sore, tired muscles and use a holistic, full-body approach that makes a noticeable difference. As an athlete, muscle recovery is essential for me, and each session leaves me feeling like a completely new person. One of my goals for 2026 is to get on a more regular cadence with Meca because the results speak for themselves. Highly, highly recommend!
Meika gave my wife and then me an exceptional massage. She describes her massage as interactive and it really was. She asked about what issues we were having and used her knowledge to address those issues. For example, when I told her about an issue with my tennis elbow, she didn’t just work on that area, she moved up to my forearm and then hand. Same with my wife. Meca’Ayo is the best!!
June 23rd, 2024 Visit: Meca'Ayo deeply listens to your needs and gently guides you to listen more closely to your body. During our last session, her work opened up an opportunity to further break up scar tissue in my right knee. I had no idea that my knee needed some extra love. Thanks to Meca'Ayo, I can now help myself more fully heal! I'm definitely rebooking!
