Meca'Ayo is the first therapist I've ever been able to work with consistently. Previous massages were often painful, as the pressure would escalate too quickly -- but Meca'Ayo's intuitive and iterative (and interactive) approach makes it possible to receive the deep pressure my muscles need! I’ve had two massages with Meca’Ayo now, and both were truly exceptional. They take incredible care of sore, tired muscles and use a holistic, full-body approach that makes a noticeable difference. As an athlete, muscle recovery is essential for me, and each session leaves me feeling like a completely new person.
