June 23rd, 2024 Visit: Meca'Ayo deeply listens to your needs and gently guides you to listen more closely to your body. During our last session, her work opened up an opportunity to further break up scar tissue in my right knee. I had no idea that my knee needed some extra love. Thanks to Meca'Ayo, I can now help myself more fully heal! I'm definitely rebooking!

With chronic pain, tight muscles are my default setting. I've found that regular massage 1-2 times a month to work out the knots and other problem areas is helpful. My goal is not relaxation, but Meca'Ayo manages to dig into stubborn and "jumpy" spots in an effective firm yet gentle manner.
