Terrible Management and Customer Service I took my 8 days new Toyota Tacoma to get a quick clean up and I ended up with a broken antenna and scratched paint. When I confronted the manager he pointed to a sign and said he wasn't responsible for any damages to the vehicle. Terrible place. STAY AWAY from these people.
Tlc Auto Wash & Fast Lube is TERRIBLE BUYER BEWARE!!!!! by ALLLL means, stay away from this place..i took my 3 week old Ford Escape there to have the sea water washed out of A seat and the floor mats cleaned..what i got back was a tan seated car COVERED in motor oil. Some a**hole decides to detail the inside of my car COVERED in motor all. For anyone out there who knows about motor oil, once it gets in fabric, its basically ruined. TLC= Total Lost Cause TLC = Total Lost Cause... I wish the stars came in negative. I brought my 3 day old mercedes and it came back dirtier than when i brought it in. The oil streaks on the interior were ridiculous!! I marched in and had to reframe myself from screaming at the useless woman behind the counter when I expressed my issues and she rebuted with, "Well we can't tell if it was there before so thats not our problem." Wish I Could Leave Zero Stars Totally awful place. Employee at the front desk was just absolutely rude. I dropped my car off for the middle of the line cleaning (sparkler) with an interior clean. - I;m still trying to get my windows unstreacked from them. And some oilly compound is all over my radio. Air freshener smells awful as well. Will NEVER return. Wish I had read the reviews before I went their /=
BAD BAD BAD PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! They messed up the interior of my car and refused to refund my money. I gave them three chances to correct what they did and I am still riding around with numerous stains in my car!! The manager..yeah she is ghetto and needs to be fired.
WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! Dropped my car off to get the most expensive car wash service, next to the most expensive oil change, and NC state inspection. Get my car back with a terrible wash job, fogged up front window with strecks, interior that looked worse than when I brought it in, oil all over my engine, and a failed inspection report b/c my window tint was 24%, not the required 30%, even though less than a week ago a co-worker carried her car in with 5% tint and they passed it no problem. WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!
ex employee manager came up to me in a rude way to talk to me about a mistake i made. he did not pull me to the side or anything he has not only lost a good worker but he has lost a customer.no one in my family will go there. he has no communication skills and should be stripped of management. i am very disappointed of my experience and i tell everyone not to go to this so called auto wash.
This is the second time I've had my car washed at this location. The last time I had it washed, it was still very dirty on the inside and I asked them to re clean it. Today I went in and asked for the package that would have them wipe down the interior including the doors. I paid $35 for it. I was shocked as was my family when thy said it was ready to go. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! Never will me or anyone in my family go here again and I advise everyone to follow. My father got his car washed with the most expensive wash you can get and the Inside was still dirty just as well as the outside. When he tried to talk to the manager about it he was rude and unwilling to help in any way. Never will I go back to a place where I get treated like this. It is horrible,the worst place I have ever went to.
