Transparency is very strong at this shop, I’ve been here twice and both times and was satisfied each visit just not with the repair itself. Their prices are fair, not cheap but definitely not expensive like some other crooked shops charge. They explain what’s going on with your car along the way of the repair and would even show you (if you ask them). Tldr: no one likes going to the mechanic shop for repairs but if you need to find a transparent / fair price mechanic this shop should definitely be on your radar.

Since moving to Texas this shop has help me with my car tremendously! My car needed serious repairs from a break in and they did the job in a timely manner and knowledgeable mechanics. Being a woman finding a shop to help with your car can be a nightmare. As I don’t stay close to this shop. My car will never see another some as long as they’re open. Thanks so much for being trustworthy!

In Feb 2025, we brought our vehicle to TLC Auto Repair for a coolant leak. They replaced the oil filter housing assembly. The same issue returned, and on Oct 6, 2025, I brought it back. After no updates for over a week, I learned from Thomas via text that the original leak was never fixed and was still coming from the oil cooler they replaced.
