The staff is always helpful and has patience and care for the patients they see.
I was a former employee here. I worked as the patient care coordinator which is what I started out doing at first. Once we started losing office employees I then took over the role as the receptionist on top of being the care coordinator. Whatever you do don’t work for this company. This has to be the most unprofessional company I have unfortunately been apart of. They do not treat their employees with the care and compassion they say they do, the same way with the patients. Their staff has had to endure incorrect pay rates. Paychecks being up to a week late. They have used the word “desperate” in regards to their employees asking for their pay to be corrected or for checks to be on time. I'm physically disabled and use a electric wheelchair. It's been more than 6 months that they haven't sent me a caregiver that I desperately need. I'm sure there's a caregiver shortage and Tlay isn't paying these caregivers enough. Whoever wants their love ones to receive care from Tlay I suggested everyone to find a stable home health agency because Tlay don't care about my wellbeing including my family.
Thank God for this company. I have been in the medical field for over 20 years mostly in a Director of Rehabilitation services roll. In these years I have worked with and managed hundreds of Physical Therapists, Occupational, and Speech Pathologists, nurses, CNA'S, and management staff.
