I have known some of the TLA founders for many years. They are extremely compassionate, intelligent, and professional. I am awareof the many hours they have spent on training in different therapeutic modalities such as DBT therapy and CBT therapy, group therapy and trauma work. They have been able to help so many people in need through their practice, which is truly inspiring. I would highly recommend this therapy practice to my friends and family!
