I get my oil changed I get my oil changed at Tillett's as a way to keep tabs on how my high mileage car is doing mechanically. They keep me posted on what maintenance is on the horizon. They stick to their schedule and I am in and out of there quickly. Staff is always helpful and polite. They even have wireless if I need to get work done.
Tom, Joanne and Andrea Tom, Joanne and Andrea are always friendly and really great to work with. They offer loaner cars, but this time I chose to hang out and have some coffee in their comfortable waiting room and catch up on my e-mails while they did a break job and routine maintenance on my Impreza. Everything was done as I'd anticipated and right on schedule. I can always depend on Tillet's Automotive because it's locally owned by a terrific family with solid ethics. They've always come through for us.
Tillett's is a family Tillett's is a family run business. From the start, they have been very helpful and accommodating. I feel confident that every time I need car help, they will be there to provide excellent service. I highly recommend them to anyone needing Subaru car service or car advice. P.S. Tom also manages to recondition and sell used Subarus. I would feel completely confident buying one of these when it comes time to part with my current vehicle.
I love that I love that I have a local option for my Subaru service and appreciate their attention to detail and customer service as well as fantastic repair skills.
