Five enthusiastic stars and NO SALES PRESSURE! My AC stopped working in the middle of this year's July heatwave, and I was able to get an appointment the next day. First, the lady who answered the phone was very helpful and friendly. Although my appointment window was between 10 and noon, she let me know that they were running a few minutes late (only 10 minutes) and then again when they were on their way. Great communication! Had an emergency AC down during the.current heat wave. I called Air Repair and they were able to respond in about 2 hours and made the repair. Very fast and affordable service.
AirRepair is fabulous. Im so impressed with their business model. They make sure things are right or they come fix it. Couldn't be happier.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Air Repair. Thomas and his team were excellent throughout the entire service call. They arrived promptly, diagnosed and communicated the issue with complete transparency, and proceeded to make the repair. I was immediately back up and running and would definitely use them again.
I had an issue with my AC unit and Tom and his team did an excellent job fixing it. They were professional, on time and it worked like new when they left. I highly recommend them!
