First time coming here from a recommendation from a friend. I was very impressed! Very friendly accommodating staff. Sam did my nails and the rest of staff were very sweet and smiling. I will be coming back! I will also tell all of saw creek to go to this salon & see Sam! Amazing new set of nails, and pedicure. They are worth the try!
I went here on my birthday with my 3 kids the lady tells me 20 Min wait I said ok no problem I waited for over 30 min some white lady walks in she sits her down I’m like oh but I’m next she’s like oh she had appointment. Ok i understand that but i was under the impression that i was waiting for you because you told me 20 min you didn’t say i was waiting. Went in for simple toenail polish removal and trim. I’ve never come across any nail salon where a toenail was trimmed in any other shape than straight across. Yet before I could say anything, my “technician” cut and filed down the sides of my toenails. Exactly what podiatrists caution to never do because it encourages ingrown toenails and weakens the nail! How can a nail salon not know this? Why are they in business? Where did they get their licenses? A horrific job…
I got Acrylic black nails with purple underside and all together it came to $90. The underside is filled with acrylic that is clearly visible and they put no topcoat on the top of my nails so the glitter and design is coming off a day after. I won’t be coming back to this place. P.S. my nail tech was amazing just unhappy with the price for the result that I got.
Very Friendly people enjoy talking to Sam and Simon!!! Lovely people, always do such a great job and prices are reasonable. great quality and welcoming environment, very clean.
