If I could give zero stars I would. I have been a customer at this salon for about a year, but after today I will never be returning. Over the past year I have had multiple issues here. I once left with a nail infection after a service. Another time a technician filed my nails so thin that they were damaged so badly I had to stop getting my nails done entirely for three months while they grew out. My nails are perfect every single time. They are attentive and kind. They don't rush you. Consistently great.
The current owners of this shop have been here since May 2023. We followed them from another salon. Excellent customer service, very thorough and great attention to details. The quality of polish and application keeps the polish looking good for several weeks. I come every time I visit the area. Highly recommend.
I e been here 3 times, rhe first 2 times was amazing. The nail tech was friendly and did a really nice job the 3rd time wasn't the same. When I walked in the tech doing my nails appeared to be annoyed.
