This was a great experience..
BEWARE OF FRAUD. This guy was very pleasant when I first spoke with him. Once I booked him and paid half of bill up front. He became very rude and unprofessional and canceled. He tried to keep $200 for nothing. I had to call my bank and explain the situation.
We booked him through Thumbtack for an event, paid a large amount of money, he canceled on us, and we had to fight him for weeks to get a refund. He lied multiple times about when the money would be refunded. He then tried to say that he didn’t even have to refund us because “paying a debt in texas is an act of good faith.” We signed a contract saying that he would refund 100% if he was the one to cancel. Chef T.L. & his Sous-Chef Eric are phenomenal to work with! Professional, experienced, and flexible. Chef T.L. D designed & prepared a delicious menu for our 1st Anniversary. Chef Eric prepared our dinner in person. Both made our night more memorable.
