If I could give zero or negative stars I would. I NEVER received my wedding video and gave ample opportunity for Robert Bowser to make things right. He informed us he had a full time "regular" job and then weddings and other photography on the side. In any case, these are moments in time that one can never get back. Three important people to me that were at the wedding passed away at young ages. I got married April 6, 2019. Robert....it's not too late to make things right. As of December 2nd, 2021 I have not received our wedding video ( wedding date was July 30th) and as of November 2nd they have stopped communicating completely after yelling us that it would be done the following week after saying "they mixed us up with someone else as they had 2 other weddings with the same name". I can even see they have seen our messaged due to read receipts, so at this point they're knowingfully tossing us to the side! I cannot in good mind recommend this company due to the complete lack of communication ... read more
