Been a customer for about 10 years and this used to be my favorite salon. They never fully recovered from the COVID era. There used to be the mother, her 3 sons, plus one daughter-in-law as techs. But one son (the best tech) has left and the son with kids is always busy, so I can never get in his chair. Mom is GREAT. But I keep ending up with the youngest son (no kids) and he is the WORST. Me and the wife always trying new places , and they got us together, no rush and great price
I came on the weekend to get a fill. They were full so in order to not have this problem again i called to make an appointment for the coming Friday. The owner answered with Why you no speak rudely. I don’t know if he doesn’t understand how phones work but usually you wait for someone to say something when they answer the phone before you speak.
