Let me start this by saying I take service to the public very serious because it is an area in which I am very skilled in. So despite any conflicts or reservations I had of my own the fact that I'm still leaving a 5 star review is really saying something. It has been hard to find institutions of high and low caliber to take accountability when the ball is dropped while still expecting consumers to be on their p's and q's. Staff are very very friendly, very good at their jobs
I cant say enough great things about this place! The staff and Dr. Thompson were amazing. They are very kind and highly skilled. The facility was clean and they made my very "dentist apprehensive girls" feel relaxed and comfortable. They were very thorough and clear on instructions and even followed up days after their procedures checking in on them. Highly recommend!!
Do not recommend. I had a surgery here for an implant and was already very nervous. They were three hours behind schedule! My appointment was at 9am and was not seen until noon! Surgeon was slamming instruments and belittling her assistants which made me even more nervous. 5 star surgeon where? Because its not here. No wonder they were so “short staffed”. My friend said she had a similar experience when she had her appointment a few days after mine. Office manager also had an attitude when I called to schedule my appointment... read more
Staff were amazing and took great care of me. Dr Thompson did a good job removing my wisdom teeth. During my consultation she explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, and explained the risks in a way that wasn't scary. I would absolutely recommend her and her team to anyone needing dental surgery work
