Stumbled upon this place while searching for coffee near my hotel and glad I did! The coffee is top notch, food was fresh and tasty, and the coffee shop's greeter (a Frenchie named Cortado) is very welcoming. I would recommend anyone visiting Dundin to give this place a try.
