Eric and his crew had previously replaced roofs for family, I was very impressed with the work they did and so was my family members. During the process of getting the estimate, contacting my insurance company and agreeing on a day the work would be done, Eric answered all of my questions in a timely manner and was very professional. TKPA Roofing did the roof on my next door neighbors rental property. During the process, they pulled the plastic protective stripping cover off of a every shingle and threw them off the roof. Our neighborhood has picked up hundreds of these plastic pieces of trash, and months later, we're still finding them. Beware hiring this company unless you want your neighbors to despise you. Horrible business practice, horrible for the environment, and horrible for customer relations.
Good Service up front,but covered up a major problem that I need to fix because I was not approved for enough money. It was not properly supported by a material call joists. Now I'm worried that l have a major problem underneath my covered roof. I've tried to contact them to see if I could get the problem resolve. No one will return my call. It's been 6 months since the repair of the roof. The roofing was repaired, but it only put a bandage over a major problem.
Got to say TKPA Roofing is the company you want to call crew is very professional they did a great job and other than having a new roof you won't be able to tell they have been cleaned up everything very detailed crew and a big shout out to Beverly she's the bomb on scheduling everything
