They are working on a house near me. Their workers are parked in a no standing zone, blocking half the road on a blind corner. Forcing cars to go round the blind corner on the wrong side of the road. Clearly dont care about anyone apart from themself
Not a T K Old customer per se, but had a great experience I wanted to share. We moved into an established property and discover a leak in the garage roof that was damaging the ceiling plaster. We were advised by some tradespeople to get the builder to fix it under warranty. So we got in touch with T K Old after finding out they built the house and they were excellent from the start. We were recommended TK Old to build our knockdown/rebuild family sized home in Croydon. We were impressed with the quality of build and were happy to find a local well established family business. We have had the best experience building with T.K Old Homes. there were no major issues at all. Any queries were always dealt with promptly. The staff at the office were always really helpful and the guys on site were always really accommodating. we would recommend T.K.Old Homes to anyone wanting to build. Thank you all for making our build journey stress free. We absolutely love our home.
Tk old homes completed our home over a year ago. Most of the job was great but the painting is not great. They have since come out and they will attend to all repairs including the painting which is much appreciated.
