Not a T K Old customer per se, but had a great experience I wanted to share. We moved into an established property and discover a leak in the garage roof that was damaging the ceiling plaster. We were advised by some tradespeople to get the builder to fix it under warranty. So we got in touch with T K Old after finding out they built the house and they were excellent from the start. We have had the best experience building with T.K Old Homes. there were no major issues at all. Any queries were always dealt with promptly. The staff at the office were always really helpful and the guys on site were always really accommodating. we would recommend T.K.Old Homes to anyone wanting to build. Tk old homes completed our home over a year ago. Most of the job was great but the painting is not great. They have since come out and they will attend to all repairs including the painting which is much appreciated.
My husband and I moved into our brand new TK Old home this week and couldn’t be happier. The build quality is exceptional and we have had multiple family friends who are tradespeople comment on the finishes.
