Cody was awesome! He was very timely in his response to our outreach, in getting us scheduled, AND in his arrival on the day of our appointment. He quickly and efficiently took care of the immediate issue we were having with our roof, and was very transparent with us about its condition. We will definitely be giving him a call when the time comes to do a full roof replacement!
My roof needs some repair, so I was looking for a contractor. It was my first time to have roof repair and I didn't know what to expect. I was kind of worried about it. It is like to have auto repair, will the guy ask you to do something you don't need and/or over charge you for what you do need? I prayed about it and certainly Cody is the answer to my prayer. Without a doubt one of the nicest guys I have ever dealt with. Cody is a great guy and definitely looks out for you and 100%. Him and his crew took care of our house and it looks amazing!! I called 2 other companies before his because I just went down the list. They all said they would come by in 2 weeks. We had a leak in our ceiling after some heavy spring rain, and called TKO to come out and take a look at it. Cody responded to me within the hour and scheduled to come out the next day before it was going to rain again. He did a thorough inspection and found the issue. It was small, and he was able to fix it the same day for us. We're extremely grateful for his promptness, expertise and professionalism. Our roof is older so I'm sure we'll be calling TKO again when out next issue arises.
