Ordered a part 2 weeks ago and nothing has happened since. No replies from my emails or returned calls from customer service. If I don't get my part soon from TKO they are getting reported to the BBB and I'm filing a claim with my CC company.
Worst experience ever. I ordered items online on 06-31-22 and today is 08-16-22 and still have not gotten them. Made multiple phone calls and left multiple messages with no call back. Do not buy from them!
Purchased carbon fiber headlight lids at beginning of June for $500 with shipping, it’s two months later (August) I’ve tried contacting them directly with no success about information or updates. Leaning towards filing for fraud through my credit card company at this point to get my money back. It’s a shame, I heard good things about this company. Unlucky
Ed did an amazing job applying a carbon fiber finish on my interior parts. Gave the car a completely different look. He replied to all my emails and kept me in the loop with any updates. Thanks again Ed! -Carlos
Ordered a front bumper, I was told it would ship in 4-6weeks. After 9 weeks and no idea of when the bumper would ship I asked Ed for a refund. He asked me to email in my request for a refund. I did that twice. You are lucky if you call 10 times and they answer once. They do not return emails or phone calls. Eventually I had to ask my credit card company for my money back to get a refund.
