A person could actually die waiting on these people. They take (months) to fill an order and yet ship it incomplete. I almost fell out of my chair crossing the intersection due to the faulty joystick. It cuts off without warning. I've had my power chair going on 3 years and EVERY TIME an order is placed it takes forever. No one even follows up on normal wear and tear maintenance. Im going to force my medical group to switch companies and get a real company. I could be hurt at any given moment. NOT OK!
