I highly recommend TKO Maintenance and Restoration! Ms. Isel cleaned my bathroom, and she did an amazing job. Everything was spotless when she was finished. She was also incredibly kind, professional, and a pleasure to interact with. I truly appreciate her hard work and attention to detail. Thank you, Ms. Isel, for providing such outstanding service!

I love TKO! They do amazing work. If you’re renter save your security deposit and hire them! If you’re a landlord you won’t get better turnover service than with them! I have worked with them in business and personal and I wouldn’t call anyone else!!!!
As a property manager, finding a reliable company for emergency repairs is challenging. TKO Maintenance has consistently exceeded expectations, delivering dependable, high-quality service every time. I couldn’t be more satisfied and would confidently recommend them to anyone.
