I’ve been going here for over 10 years. What keeps me coming back is the environment, staff, and overall message of this gym. All of the trainers know what they are talking about and genuinely care about the clients. Regardless of if you come here to fight professionally or just to stay in shape, you really feel like part of a community.
I couldn't be more impressed with the social atmosphere, the quality of boxing and fitness instruction, and the ability to accommodate all fitness levels. At age 71, coming here
Contacted through the website about a week ago interested in boxing classes. Almost immediately Austin responded and provided all the info I needed and more and offered a free intro class. Typically that means intense sales tactics and pressure when you arrive, but there was none of that AT ALL!
