I have a 20,000 sf warehouse TKO just finished the footing and foundation work. As an engineer I have seen my fair share of construction. TKO did and excellent job. The building is perfectly square and within tolerance. I would recommend these guys.
I used TKO for my house and I have never been so pleased with a company in my life!!!! Their service was incredible and it was the easiest part of building my house! I have never built a house before and these guys helped me through the whole process and were fantastic with their pricing!!! I would recommend them 100%! Great Job!
As a framer, I have never framed on a better foundation! Flat, straight, and square! They have the most courteous employees and staff I have ever met!!
Saw an employee do 50 mph in an active school zone with children on sidewalks. Weaving in and out of traffic in a large Chevy duely, this guy has no regard for anyone in or out of a vehicle. As a general contractor, I would never hire this company based on just this incident alone.
An employee of TKO Concrete nearly killed me in traffic with his aggressive reckless driving and then he laughed about it with his buddy and flipped me off. I wouldn't want such violent, dangerous, and callous people working on my project or any where near my property.
An employee of TKO, Ole, is a known cocaine addict and alcoholic. He is a disgrace to that company and to people that he works for and with. As long as this person is representing this company, I would not advise using them. It is too bad when one bad apple ruins the entire barrel of them. Good Luck TKO.
