So kind and helpful! Above and beyond! I needed some thermal paste to finish putting my computer together and though i was going to have to wait for two weeks to get some from the internet. Todd offered to get me just the amount I needed to get my stuff put back together even though that is not a service they could ever make money on. Points for generosity and the honesty that in sure comes with it. They're worth your trust to fix your computer!
BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE! My computer broke 5 pm Friday and Todd met me the same day. Turn around was really quick once we got the parts. He was super helpful over the phone when I got the computer home and helped me get it all setup.
