TKG is wonderful to work with- we were very happy with the building process as well as our quality built new home!
TKG Custom Homes is hands down the best in town. They built our house like they were building it for themselves, making sure everything was correct. The entire build went so smooth, which is very unusual. They not only care about their customers, but they care about their quality of work. They did such a good job, we contracted them to build a pool, which is in its final stages and again, no issues. TKG goes above and beyond and we would definitely use them again if we build in the future.
When we decided to build a home in Guadalupe County we interviewed several custom home builders in the area. TKG's style and build quality, customer service (friendliness & response time) and over all professionalism sets them head and shoulders over their competitors. I don’t know where to begin. Coy was great from the start. At our first meeting he explained the whole TKG process thoroughly and was very patient with our questions. Following that meeting he continued to respond promptly and courteously with our additional inquiries. That patience even continued when we held off on signing on the dotted line due to skyrocketing prices from pandemic related supply chain issues.
