Kit and Jose were so great. They informed me on everything with my house and help me tremendously. Saved me from making a huge mistake with doing something I really didn't need to do. Thank you guys for all your professional advice and for saving me from me thinking of something that was not anything serious. poor business communication and bad bad customer service! So my contracting company told me he will bring in this enginnering co for about 1k, then after the fact ( w no estimate amount).. i got a forrwarded email from my contractor from Mr. Nguyen a very lack of details invoice totaled over $1200.. with admin fees $65 charged 3 tines.... of course i needed calrifications about the bill.. so i emailed n ask for explanations and about how i can pay over phone with my CC.. BUT never beard back till months later this guy emaile... read more
