Great customer service, had my phone up and running within minutes.
THIS HAS BEEN THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!! I HAVE BEEN WITHOUT A PHONE FOR A WHOLE MONTH. I WAS INITIALLY TOLD IT WOULD ONLY TAKE A WEEK. AFTER WAITING A MONTH AND NOT HERE FROM ANYONE I WENT BACK TO JUST GET MY PHONE AND WAS TOLD I WOULD BE CHARGED $29 NO MATTER WHAT, EVEN THOUGH THEY HAVEN'T TOLE ME WHATS WRONG WITH IT OR FIXED IT. THEN I SAID I FELT LIKE I LOST AND WAS TOLD "WELL I GUESS YOU WIN SOME AND YOU LOSE SOME." WISH I COULD GIVE 0 STARS!!
I broke the screen on my iPhone 13 took it in for repair they were very nice and made repairs same afternoon. The screen will activate in my shirt pocket, it never did before he said to turn it around in my pocket. The screen has a blue tint and is not as bright as originally. Apparently something in the terms and agreements , that I can’t find, addresses this. This service was so quick. He knew exactly what to do when I explained the problem. I would recommend TKB’s iREPAIRS for any of your device problems.
Worthless. I brought my phone in to get the screen repaired. I was told it was a simple fix. 2 months later I'm still without my phone. It's hard to get in contact with them. They rarely answer and when I do get an answer, it's always "we're working on it.". Four months later phone still not repaired nor any updates.
