Service is great, location is clean, however the quality doesn’t match the price, I got a shellac manicure, first night the polish came off on my left thumb nail. Went in the following day and they fixed it. Literally the next morning the polish on right thumb nail chipped, later that morning I noticed other nails chipping. I’ve never experienced this before with shellac. I even asked how long it’s supposed to last and I was told 10-14days. It’s been 2 days and my nails are chipped and some came off already. Utterly obsessed! New to Oshawa; i can be picky with my nails- but the 3 times ive been here have been wonderful. Found my new salon! Great service, listens to what you want, is patient and exceeds expectations. I'm obsessed with this set; excited for future ideas and this team to make it happen!
Unfortunately I was very disappointed with my experience. I will start with the good though. The place is clean and welcoming. The woman working the front desk was incredibly friendly and so were the nail techs who did my nails. I showed my inspiration picture and was told they could get very close to what I wanted (I’ve attached a photo of the inspiration which I thought was incredibly basic and should be simple to achieve).
